GARDEN SHED

The Garden Shed is a simple project in the backyard of a city house in Rotterdam. It consumes as less space as possible and benefits from its hight ( 3,50m ). The shed is design as a multi-uses space allowing Josje and Daan to use it as a bike storage, a greenhouse and a workplace. In summer, the little shed can host a party or dinners. The sliding door system offers a substantial space. The transparency of the panels creates a more generous feeling and a perfect continuity toward the garden. This project has been built together with the owners using mainly local and reused materials.
